Place 2 teaspoons brown sugar in a heatproof glass. Add 4 oz of hot coffee and 1 1/2 oz of Irish whiskey. Stir till sugar is dissolved. Top with 1 oz lightly whipped cream.

 Serve with Gumdrop cake.
