For the Cranberry Moscow mule, fill your mug with ice. Pour ginger beer until the mug is half full (about 1/2 cup ). Add 1 tablespoon lime juice, 3-4 tablespoons cranberry juice and 1 oz vodka or any other spirit of your choice. (or leave out vodka for a non-alcohol version) Stir and garnish with lime slices, rosemary stalks and cranberries. Enjoy with Baked Camembert topped with dried cranberries, honey and walnuts.
